I have known Lou Borelli for a few years, but I recently sat down with him for lunch and learned about his business, credit card processing. According to Archstone Consulting, a Stamford, Conn. based consulting group, overall retail gift card sales will dip 5% this holiday season. The bright spot on this survey said that restaurants’ cards will likely be the most purchased in the category. This has been the trend over the last few years. Why not take advantage of your gift cards by sending out a well designed and targeted email to your customer list.
